At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support is best delivered where it matters most: in your natural environment. That’s why we provide comprehensive outreach-based PBS, ensuring our sessions take place in the comfort of your home, at school, within the community, or even in the workplace. We come to you, making support accessible and integrated into daily life.
Behaviour happens in context, not in a clinic. For the families of Woodvale, this means we can observe and address behaviours right where they occur – whether it’s navigating the bustling aisles of Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, enjoying a family outing at Chichester Park, or participating in activities at the local community centre. This approach allows us to develop strategies that are truly practical and sustainable for your unique lifestyle in this vibrant suburb.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We understand the urgency of getting effective support in place. That’s why Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans typically within three months of engagement. We pride ourselves on a streamlined process that ensures timely and impactful intervention for your clients.
However, we also know that a beautifully written plan sitting in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus, and where we truly shine, is on implementation. We work hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers, providing practical coaching and ongoing guidance to ensure strategies are not just understood, but actively integrated into daily routines. We’re here to make sure those plans come to life.
For your clients in Woodvale, we currently have immediate capacity. There are no lengthy waitlists here – we’re ready to engage and provide the high-quality, person-centred support they deserve. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and make a referral.
A Story From Woodvale
At Woodvale High, 16-year-old Molly struggled with peer conflict, becoming withdrawn after arguments. The PBS provider introduced social stories and conflict-resolution role plays. Teachers encouraged Molly to use a ‘help card’ to signal distress. This approach empowered Molly to express feelings constructively, leading to improved friendships and increased participation in group projects.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner
Alicia Mulligan
PBS Practitioner
Here in Woodvale, we’re delighted to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner passionate about fostering positive change within our community. Alicia brings a thoughtful and person-centred approach, ready to support individuals and families right here in your neighbourhood. She’s excited to connect and help build fulfilling lives for those she works with.
Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants, an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill; it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
