For Support Coordinators & Allied Health
Clear Criteria, Fast Response
We know that as a Support Coordinator, you need providers who actually respond, who understand complex risk, and who don’t put your participants in the “too hard” basket.
Behaviour Bridge specialises in high-risk behaviours, including aggression, absconding, and severe emotional dysregulation. We work with participants whose previous plans have failed, and whose support teams need hands-on coaching to implement strategies safely.
✅ Immediate Capacity: We are currently accepting new referrals across the Northern Corridor (Joondalup, Butler, Yanchep, Ellenbrook, Midland) and the wider Perth Metro area.
What Happens Next
Our Referral Process
We don’t leave you guessing. Once you submit a referral, here is exactly what happens:
- Review (Same Business Day): We review the referral on the same business day to ensure we have the right clinical match and capacity for the participant’s specific risk profile. You will hear from us the same day.
- Initial Contact: We reach out to the primary contact (family or support coordinator) to discuss the current situation and immediate risks.
- Service Agreement: We provide a clear, transparent Service Agreement outlining the hours required for the Functional Behaviour Assessment and initial implementation coaching.
- Assessment Begins: The initial assessment is booked within the first 2 weeks of the service agreement being signed. We schedule the first in-home or community observation to begin the B.R.I.D.G.E process.
