As a Support Coordinator, you have seen what happens when a PBS provider writes a plan and disappears. The team is left confused. The behaviours do not improve. And you are the one fielding the calls at 7pm.
Behaviour Bridge is different. We respond clearly, communicate at every stage and work directly with support workers and families to implement strategies in real life — not just in a document.
We currently have strong capacity in Perth’s Northern Corridor and are accepting new NDIS referrals for Eastern and North Eastern Melbourne with Beni Dixon. Jessica Hosking supports South Western Sydney referrals on a case-by-case basis. Every referral is reviewed for the right clinical match and current capacity. Complex cases are welcome.

Beni Dixon is accepting new NDIS referrals across Eastern and North Eastern Melbourne, including Warrandyte, Doncaster, Templestowe, Ringwood, Bayswater, Croydon, Eltham, Boronia and surrounding areas. Jessica Hosking supports South Western Sydney referrals on a case-by-case basis.
What Happens After You Refer
Fast, Clear, and Always Followed Through
We don’t leave you guessing. Once you submit a referral, here is exactly what happens:
- Review (Same Business Day): We review the referral on the same business day to ensure we have the right clinical match and capacity for the participant’s specific risk profile. You will hear from us the same day.
- Initial Contact: We reach out to the primary contact (family or support coordinator) to discuss the current situation and immediate risks.
- Service Agreement: We provide a clear, transparent Service Agreement outlining the hours required for the Functional Behaviour Assessment and initial implementation coaching.
- Assessment Begins: The initial assessment is booked within the first 2 weeks of the service agreement being signed. We schedule the first in-home or community observation to begin the B.R.I.D.G.E process.
