At Behaviour Bridge, we firmly believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where it matters most: in the individual’s natural environment. That’s why we offer entirely outreach-based services, conducting sessions in the comfort of your home, within school settings, out in the community, or at the workplace. This approach ensures that strategies are developed and implemented in the real-world contexts where behaviour naturally occurs.
This matters profoundly in a place like Wanneroo, where daily life unfolds across diverse settings, from the bustling local shops and community hubs to the tranquil paths of the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens, and numerous schools and workplaces. Understanding and addressing behaviour within these specific environments, rather than in an artificial clinic setting, allows for truly relevant and sustainable support that integrates seamlessly into your family’s routine and the local Wanneroo lifestyle.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We understand that as a Support Coordinator, you need clear timelines and reliable service. Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. We pride ourselves on a streamlined process that prioritises efficiency without compromising on the quality or individualisation of our support.
However, we also know that a beautifully written BSP that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus, and where we truly shine, is on implementation. We work hand-in-hand with participants, their families, carers, and support workers to ensure that strategies are not just theoretical, but are actively integrated into daily life, making a tangible difference where it counts.
Crucially, we have immediate capacity right here in Wanneroo. There are no lengthy waitlists, meaning your participants can access the support they need without delay. We invite you to refer with confidence, knowing that prompt and effective support is just a referral away.
A Story From Wanneroo
In a busy Wanneroo home, 15-year-old Aaron struggled with property damage during disputes with his parents. PBS strategies introduced visual conflict resolution charts and a designated ‘cool-down tent’ in the backyard. Family members practiced calming breathing exercises with him. Over time, Aaron found alternative ways to express anger, reducing damage incidents significantly and improving family harmony.

Here in Wanneroo, we’re thrilled to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to empower individuals and families in our vibrant community. With a deep understanding of unique needs, Alicia brings a compassionate and tailored approach to fostering positive change right here on your doorstep. She’s excited to connect with you and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports.
Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants, an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill, it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
