Why We Come to You

At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where life happens. That’s why Julianne provides outreach-based support, bringing sessions directly to your home, school, community, or workplace. This approach ensures that strategies are developed and implemented within the natural environments where they are most needed, fostering genuine and lasting change.

Behaviour happens in context, not in a clinic. For families in Two Rocks, this means our support is tailored to the unique rhythms of coastal living. Whether it’s navigating social interactions at the Two Rocks Marina, engaging in local community events, or participating in school activities, our in-home and community support ensures that strategies are practical and effective in the places that matter most to you and your loved ones.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know

We understand the importance of timely and effective support. Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. Our goal is to provide clear, actionable strategies that make a real difference.

BUT, a Behaviour Support Plan that sits in a drawer does nothing! We firmly believe that the real magic happens in the implementation. That’s why Behaviour Bridge works hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers to ensure strategies are not just understood, but actively integrated into daily life, making them practical and sustainable.

For Support Coordinators in Two Rocks, we currently have immediate capacity. There are no lengthy waitlists here; we are ready to engage and provide the dedicated support your participants need. We invite you to refer to Behaviour Bridge with confidence.

A Story From Two Rocks

Twelve-year-old Jack from Two Rocks had trouble staying calm during fishing trips with his family, often shouting when lines tangled. His PBS team coached him in deep breathing and counting exercises and introduced a ‘pause button’ card. Gradually, Jack managed frustrations better and enjoyed days by the water.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner

Alicia Mulligan - PBS Practitioner at Behaviour Bridge

Alicia Mulligan

PBS Practitioner

Here in Two Rocks, we’re thrilled to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who genuinely understands the unique rhythm of our coastal community. With a warm and approachable style, Alicia is committed to empowering individuals and families, fostering positive change right here where you live. She’s excited to connect with you and make a meaningful difference, one positive step at a time.

Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants , an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.

What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill , it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
