At Behaviour Bridge, we firmly believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support is best delivered in the environments where behaviour naturally occurs. That’s why we provide entirely outreach-based PBS, meaning our sessions take place in the home, at school, within the community, or at the workplace. We come to you, ensuring support is practical, relevant, and integrated into daily life.
This approach is crucial because behaviour doesn’t happen in a vacuum; it’s deeply connected to its context. For families in Padbury, whether it’s navigating the bustling aisles of the local IGA, enjoying a sunny afternoon at Padbury Playing Fields, or participating in activities at the community centre, understanding these specific settings allows us to develop strategies that truly make a difference. We observe, assess, and implement support within the very fabric of your daily routine, making skills transferable and sustainable.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be upfront and confident: Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. We understand the importance of timely support and strive to get robust plans in place efficiently, allowing participants to start benefiting without undue delay.
However, we also know that a beautifully written BSP that simply sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus, and where we truly shine, is on implementation. We work hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers in Padbury to ensure strategies are not just understood, but actively put into practice, coached, and refined in daily life. We believe in practical, living documents that evolve with the participant.
Crucially, Behaviour Bridge currently has immediate capacity for new referrals in Padbury. There are no lengthy waitlists here; we’re ready to engage and provide the support your participants need right away. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and make a referral.
A Story From Padbury
Padbury’s nine-year-old Isla often experienced sibling rivalry at home, leading to loud arguments. The PBS provider suggested a family ‘peace jar’ where each positive interaction earned a marble. Visual cues reminded the children of conflict resolution steps. With collaborative commitment, harmony grew, and mom happily reported fewer fights and more shared playtimes.
