Why We Come to You

At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that the most effective support happens where life unfolds. That’s why Julianne Shepley provides outreach-based Positive Behaviour Support, delivering personalised sessions directly in your home, at school, within the community, or even in the workplace. We bring our expertise to you, ensuring comfort and relevance.

Understanding behaviour means seeing it in its natural environment. A child’s challenges at Mullaloo Beach, a teenager’s difficulties navigating the local shops, or an adult’s struggles in a community group are best addressed right where they occur. Our approach ensures strategies are practical and seamlessly integrate into the unique rhythms and settings of Mullaloo life, from coastal walks to local cafes.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know

For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be upfront: Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. We understand the importance of timely, actionable plans for your participants.

However, a beautifully written BSP that simply sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing for anyone! Our real passion lies in implementation. We work closely, and with a slightly light-hearted but firm approach, with families, carers, and support workers to ensure those strategies are not just understood, but actively woven into the fabric of daily life, making a tangible difference.

We’re pleased to confirm that Behaviour Bridge currently has immediate capacity for new participants right here in Mullaloo. There are no lengthy waitlists, so please feel confident in reaching out and submitting a referral today.

A Story From Mullaloo

In Mullaloo, six-year-old Sophie had trouble sharing toys during playdates, often leading to tantrums. PBS providers introduced turn-taking charts and social stories emphasizing kindness and sharing. Parents practiced these strategies during playdates. Sophie’s cooperative play increased, and she enjoyed making new friends at the local park.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner

Alicia Mulligan - PBS Practitioner at Behaviour Bridge

Alicia Mulligan

PBS Practitioner

From the tranquil shores of Mullaloo, we’re delighted to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to empower our community. Alicia brings a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for fostering positive change, ensuring individuals and families right here in the northern corridor receive the tailored support they deserve. She’s excited to connect with you and make a meaningful difference, one step at a time.

Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants, an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.

What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill, it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
