At Behaviour Bridge, we firmly believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where life happens. That’s why we provide entirely outreach-based support, ensuring our sessions take place in the comfort of your home, within school environments, amidst the community, or at the workplace. Our approach is designed to integrate seamlessly into daily routines, making support accessible and relevant to each individual’s lived experience.
Behaviour is deeply contextual, and understanding it requires observing and working within the very environments where challenges arise. In Mirrabooka, this means we can support individuals navigating the lively atmosphere of local markets, engaging in community events at the Herb Graham Recreation Centre, or developing social skills in the diverse settings around Mirrabooka Square, ensuring strategies are practical and effective right where they’re needed most.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be direct and confident: Behaviour Support Plans are typically released within three months of engagement. We understand the importance of timely and effective planning, and our streamlined processes are designed to deliver comprehensive plans efficiently, ensuring individuals receive the support they need without unnecessary delays.
However, we also know that a beautifully written Behaviour Support Plan that simply sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus, and where we truly shine, is on implementation. We work hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers, providing practical coaching and ongoing guidance to ensure strategies are not just understood, but actively integrated into daily life, making a tangible difference.
We’re pleased to confirm that we have immediate capacity right here in Mirrabooka. There are no lengthy waitlists, meaning individuals can access the high-quality, outreach-based PBS they need without delay. We invite you to submit a referral today and experience the Behaviour Bridge difference in your community.
A Story From Mirrabooka
Mirrabooka’s high school student, Sophie, faced challenges focusing during noisy lunch hour. PBS strategies included providing her with noise-cancelling earbuds and a visual timetable that identified outdoor ‘quiet zones.’ Staff encouraged use of a communication card when Sophie needed space. She began taking restful breaks and returned to class calmer, improving her concentration and friendships.
