At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where it matters most: in your natural environment. That’s why we provide entirely outreach-based PBS, meaning our dedicated practitioners come to you. Whether it’s in the comfort of your home, at school, within the community, or even in the workplace, our sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine.
We understand that behaviour doesn’t happen in a vacuum; it’s deeply connected to its surroundings. For the Duncraig community, this means our support is tailored to the specific rhythms of life here, from navigating the bustling local shops to enjoying the expansive green spaces like Carine Regional Open Space, or participating in various community groups. By working directly within these familiar settings, we can observe, understand, and implement strategies that are truly effective and sustainable for everyday life.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We know that as a Support Coordinator, timely and effective services are paramount. At Behaviour Bridge, we pride ourselves on efficiency, and you can expect a comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan to be released within approximately three months of engagement. We’re direct, we’re confident, and we’re ready to get started.
But let’s be honest – a beautifully written Behaviour Support Plan that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing for anyone! Our real focus, and where the magic truly happens, is in the implementation. We work hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers, providing practical coaching and ongoing guidance to ensure strategies are not just understood, but genuinely integrated into daily life, making a tangible difference.

A Story From Duncraig
In her Duncraig primary school, 9-year-old Liam was anxious about changes to the school timetable, reacting with meltdowns. His PBS team developed a highly visual daily planner with photos of teachers and classrooms, alongside a ‘feelings thermometer’ so Liam could track emotions. With steady practice, Liam became more adaptable and enjoyed new activities without distress.
