At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered in the environments where it truly matters. That’s why we provide outreach-based PBS, with sessions taking place directly in the home, school, community, or workplace. Our approach ensures that support is practical, relevant, and integrated into daily life, making it easier for individuals and their support networks to implement strategies consistently.
Behaviour doesn’t happen in a clinic; it happens in context. For families in North Fremantle, this means our practitioners can observe and understand behaviours in the real settings that matter — whether that’s navigating the North Fremantle foreshore and the iconic traffic bridge, or simply managing the morning routine at home. Rhea is based in Churchlands and services the broader Perth Metro area, which means she knows the local landscape well. For families in North Fremantle, this means your practitioner isn’t travelling from the other side of the city — she’s practically a neighbour.
🏠 Home
We work directly within your home environment, helping families build consistent routines and strategies that actually stick between sessions.
🏫 School
Our practitioners collaborate with teachers and school support staff across North Fremantle to embed PBS strategies into the school day in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.
🌳 Community
We support individuals to navigate community spaces with confidence — from the North Fremantle foreshore and the iconic traffic bridge to local parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities.
💼 Workplace
For adults in supported employment or transitioning into the workforce, we provide on-the-ground support to build positive behaviours in real work environments.
🌿 Respite & Short Breaks
We support individuals and their families during respite arrangements, ensuring strategies travel with the person and don’t get left behind at the front door.
🎓 Day Programs & TAFE
Our practitioners work alongside day program staff and TAFE educators to design and implement strategies that support participation and genuine skill development.
What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We know your time is precious and your clients can’t afford to sit on a waitlist. That’s why Behaviour Bridge is committed to releasing Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) within approximately three months of engagement. We run a streamlined process that gets practical strategies into the hands of support teams quickly — without cutting corners on quality.
BUT — and this is important — a beautifully written BSP that lives in a folder and never gets opened is worth exactly nothing. Our real focus is implementation. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with families, carers, and support workers in North Fremantle to make sure strategies aren’t just documented, but genuinely understood and consistently applied in daily life. The plan is just the beginning.
For your clients in North Fremantle, Rhea currently has immediate capacity. Refer with confidence, knowing your clients will receive prompt, dedicated, outreach-based Positive Behaviour Support from a practitioner who will actually show up — in their home, their school, and their community.
A Story From North Fremantle
Mia was a 8-year-old in North Fremantle who had been dealing with explosive outbursts at home that were placing significant strain on the whole family. She had been on multiple waitlists, and her family was exhausted. When Rhea came on board as her PBS practitioner, she didn’t start with a report — she started by spending time with Mia in the environments where the behaviour was actually happening: at home, at school, and in the community.
Through careful observation and a thorough functional behaviour assessment, Rhea identified that the behaviour was being driven by demand avoidance patterns consistent with a PDA profile, combined with sensory sensitivities. Working closely with Mia’s family and support team, she developed and implemented a low-demand approach, collaborative problem-solving strategies, and a family coaching program. Within a few months, the family reported a dramatic improvement in household atmosphere, and outbursts reduced from daily to occasional within two months.

PBS Support, Delivered Locally
Rhea Williams
PBS Practitioner | Perth Metro
North Fremantle, meet Rhea! She brings a justice-informed lens to Positive Behaviour Support that’s genuinely rare in the field — shaped by a Bachelor and Master of Criminology and around six years working across justice sector behaviour change programs and NDIS therapeutic and capacity-building supports. Where a behaviour looks like the problem on the surface, Rhea looks for what it’s doing for the person: the function, the environment, and the risk factors sitting underneath it.
Rhea works primarily with people with autism and psychosocial disabilities, and brings an educational, supportive, and warm approach to every person she works with, whatever the complexity of their presentation. Her plans are built to be realistically implementable — something support workers, families, and other services can actually pick up and use, not just technically correct documents that gather dust.
Her background as a Program Facilitator for therapeutic offending programs delivered in prison gives her a depth of experience with high-complexity presentations that most PBS practitioners simply haven’t had to build. She holds a rare understanding of the conditions that can increase complex behaviours — but never loses sight of the whole person behind them.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Criminology | Master of Criminology | Diploma of Counselling (in progress) | NDIS Registered Core Behaviour Support Practitioner
