A Story From Swan View
Swan View’s 14-year-old Olivia had difficulty managing anger during family disagreements. Her PBS team developed a ‘calm-down toolbox’ with stress balls, coloring books, and pre-agreed time-outs. Family members learned to recognize early signs and respected Olivia’s space. Conflicts became less frequent and shorter.
