Why We Come to You

At Behaviour Bridge, we understand that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where it matters most: in your natural environment. That’s why we provide outreach-based PBS, ensuring our sessions take place in the comfort of your home, the familiarity of your school, within your community, or at your workplace. Our approach is designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily life, making support accessible and relevant.

Behaviour is always contextual, and true understanding comes from observing and supporting individuals within their everyday settings, not in a sterile clinic. In Malaga, this means our practitioners might be working with a child on social skills at the local Malaga Play Centre, assisting a young adult with workplace routines in one of the area’s many industrial businesses, or supporting a family to navigate community outings at Malaga Park.By being present in these real-world environments, we can develop strategies that are truly effective and sustainable for the Malaga community.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know

We know you’re looking for timely and effective support for your participants. At Behaviour Bridge, we are committed to delivering high-quality Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) within approximately three months of engagement. Our process is streamlined and focused on getting practical strategies into the hands of those who need them, without unnecessary delays.

However, we also know that a beautifully written BSP that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus is on implementation. We work closely with families, carers, and support workers to ensure that the strategies outlined in the plan are not just understood, but actively put into practice in daily life.We believe in empowering the support network to make a tangible difference, because that’s where real change happens.
