At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where life happens. That’s why we offer outreach-based services, bringing our expertise directly to you. Whether it’s in the comfort of your home, within the school environment, out in the community, or at your workplace, our sessions are designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily routine. We understand that convenience and familiarity are key to successful outcomes, and our approach reflects this commitment to accessible, person-centred support.
Behaviour is always contextual, and trying to understand or change it in an artificial clinic setting often misses the mark. In Ballajura, this means we might be working with a young person on social skills at the local parks like Kingfisher Oval, supporting an adult to navigate the bustling aisles of Ballajura Central Shopping Centre, or assisting families with routines in their homes near the diverse Ballajura Community College, ensuring strategies are practical and effective where they matter most.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We understand the importance of timely and effective support for your NDIS participants. At Behaviour Bridge, we are committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. Our process is streamlined and efficient, ensuring that your participants receive the structured support they need without unnecessary delays.
However, we also know that a beautifully written BSP that simply sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus, and where the magic truly happens, is in the implementation. We work closely and collaboratively with families, carers, and support workers in Ballajura to ensure that the strategies outlined in the BSP are not just understood, but actively put into practice in daily life. We provide ongoing coaching and practical guidance to make sure these plans translate into tangible, positive changes.
We currently have immediate capacity for new referrals in Ballajura, meaning your participants won’t face lengthy waitlists. We invite you to reach out and discuss how we can provide responsive and impactful Positive Behaviour Support services to those you support.
A Story From Ballajura
Eight-year-old Hannah from Ballajura experienced anxiety in noisy community events, sometimes covering her ears and withdrawing. PBS strategies included pre-visit social stories and allowing Hannah to carry a small soothing toy. Organisers ensured quiet zones were accessible. Hannah started enjoying visits and interacting more comfortably.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner
Alicia Mulligan
PBS Practitioner
Hello Ballajura! We’re thrilled to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner dedicated to fostering understanding and growth right here in our vibrant community. Alicia brings a warm, collaborative approach to empowering individuals and families, and is excited to connect with you.
Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants , an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill, it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
