At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered where it matters most: in your everyday environment. That’s why we offer entirely outreach-based services, with our dedicated practitioners meeting participants in their homes, schools, community settings, or workplaces across Sinagra and beyond. This approach ensures that support is practical, relevant, and integrated into real-life situations.
In Sinagra, where families enjoy the open spaces of Sinagra Park and the local community hubs, understanding behaviour in these natural settings is key. Whether it’s navigating the local shops, participating in community events, or simply enjoying the backyard, our support is designed to fit seamlessly into the rhythm of daily life, ensuring strategies are practical and effective where they matter most.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
We understand the importance of timely support. That’s why Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) typically within three months of engagement. Our streamlined process ensures that participants and their support networks receive actionable strategies without unnecessary delays, allowing positive change to begin sooner.
However, we also know that a brilliant BSP that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus is on implementation. We work closely with families, carers, and support workers to ensure that the strategies outlined in the plan are not just understood, but actively put into practice in daily life. We provide coaching, training, and ongoing guidance to make sure those strategies truly come alive and make a difference.
For our Sinagra community, we’re pleased to confirm immediate capacity. There are no lengthy waitlists here; we’re ready to engage and provide the support your participants need right away. We invite you to refer with confidence, knowing that prompt and effective support is our priority.
A Story From Sinagra
In Sinagra, 13-year-old Tyler had difficulty with sudden changes during sports practice, resulting in frustration. PBS introduced advance notice boards showing practice changes and practiced flexible thinking games. Coaches supported these adjustments. Tyler reacted calmly to changes and showed increased enthusiasm for training.

Alicia Mulligan is delighted to bring her expertise as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner right here to Sinagra, offering a compassionate and results-driven approach to enhancing well-being. With a deep understanding of local community dynamics, Alicia is dedicated to empowering individuals and families in our vibrant suburb to thrive. She looks forward to collaborating with you to create meaningful and lasting positive change.
Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants : an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill : it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
