At Behaviour Bridge, we believe effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is best delivered in the environments where it truly matters. That’s why Julianne Shepley and our team provide outreach-based support, meaning sessions take place directly in the home, school, community, or workplace – wherever the individual spends their time and faces their unique challenges.
Behaviour doesn’t happen in a clinic; it happens in real life, whether that’s navigating the bustling activities at Craigie Leisure Centre, enjoying the local parks, or engaging with neighbours in this close-knit community. Our approach ensures that strategies are developed and implemented within these natural settings, making them practical, relevant, and sustainable for individuals and their support networks in Craigie.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be clear: Behaviour Support Plans are typically released within three months of engagement. We pride ourselves on a streamlined process that prioritises getting these essential documents into your hands efficiently.
BUT – and this is the crucial part – a beautifully written Behaviour Support Plan that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! Our real focus at Behaviour Bridge is on implementation. We work closely with individuals, families, carers, and support workers in Craigie to ensure strategies are understood, consistently applied, and genuinely make a difference in daily life.
We’re pleased to confirm immediate capacity for new referrals right here in Craigie. There are no lengthy waitlists, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us help the individuals you support thrive.
A Story From Craigie
Craigie’s fourteen-year-old Ryan exhibited aggressive outbursts at youth centre activities. Using PBS, staff introduced a ‘cool-down corner’ and taught Ryan deep breathing and counting exercises. They collaborated on a behavior support plan with clear expectations and rewards. Progress was evident as Ryan managed anger better, enjoyed activities longer, and made new friends.
