What Support Coordinators Need to Know
For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be direct and confident: Behaviour Support Plans are typically released within three months of engagement. We pride ourselves on efficient, high-quality work that gets plans into action promptly.
But here’s the thing , a Behaviour Support Plan that just sits in a drawer does absolutely nothing! We know that the real magic happens in the implementation. That’s why Behaviour Bridge works hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers, providing ongoing coaching and practical strategies to ensure those plans come to life in daily routines and real-world situations.
We’re pleased to confirm that we have immediate capacity in the Warwick area. No lengthy waitlists here! We invite you to refer your participants to Behaviour Bridge, knowing they’ll receive timely and effective support.
A Story From Warwick
Fifteen-year-old Diego living in Warwick faced difficulties focusing on public transport due to sensory overload. His PBS team equipped him with noise-reduction headphones and a handheld visual schedule outlining stops. Until now, bus rides were stressful, but these strategies fostered independence and a calm journey, enabling Diego to attend youth group regularly.

Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants, an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
