At Behaviour Bridge, we believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support is best delivered where it matters most: in your everyday life. That’s why we provide outreach-based PBS, meaning our dedicated practitioners come to you. Whether it’s in the comfort of your home, the learning environment of a school, within the broader community, or even in a workplace setting, our support is designed to integrate seamlessly into your routine.
Behaviour happens in context, not in a clinic. For the Quinns Rocks community, this means our support can be tailored to the unique environments here, whether it’s navigating social interactions at the local foreshore playground, managing routines around school drop-offs at Quinns Rocks Primary, or building independence through community activities at the Quinns Rocks Sports Club. We observe, understand, and implement strategies right where they’re needed.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know
For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be clear: Behaviour Support Plans are typically released within three months of engagement. We understand the importance of timely, actionable plans and are committed to delivering them efficiently so you can focus on what you do best.
But here’s the thing: a Behaviour Support Plan that just sits in a drawer does nothing! We believe the real magic happens in the implementation. That’s why Behaviour Bridge works hand-in-hand with families, carers, and support workers in Quinns Rocks to ensure strategies are not just understood, but actively put into practice in daily life, leading to genuine, lasting change.
We currently have immediate capacity for new referrals in Quinns Rocks, meaning no lengthy waitlists for your participants. We invite you to refer your participants to Behaviour Bridge, where they’ll receive dedicated, in-home and community support tailored to their needs.
A Story From Quinns Rocks
At Quinns Rocks community centre, 20-year-old Jake was overwhelmed by loud noises, leading to sudden meltdowns. His PBS planner collaborated with staff to introduce noise-cancelling headphones and ‘quiet corner’ breaks. They also taught Jake calming techniques like deep breathing. This support allowed Jake to participate in group art classes more comfortably, increasing his social interaction and confidence.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner
Alicia Mulligan
PBS Practitioner
We’re thrilled to introduce Alicia Mulligan, your local Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, right here in Quinns Rocks. With a deep understanding of our community’s unique spirit, Alicia brings her compassionate and practical approach to supporting individuals and families in fostering positive change. She’s excited to connect with you and make a meaningful difference in our neighbourhood.
Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants: an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.
What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill , it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.

“Quinns Rocks holds a special place in my heart. I love the genuine community feel here, and seeing families enjoy the beautiful coastline is truly inspiring. It’s incredibly rewarding to work with participants in their own environment, whether it’s helping a child navigate the local park or supporting an adult to engage more fully with community life. The progress we see here, rooted in the familiar surroundings of Quinns Rocks, is always so meaningful.”: Julianne Shepley, Behaviour Bridge
