Why We Come to You

At Behaviour Bridge, we believe effective Positive Behaviour Support happens where life unfolds. That’s why our dedicated practitioners provide outreach-based PBS, delivering sessions directly in the comfort of your home, within school environments, out in the community, or at the workplace. We meet you and your loved ones in the settings most relevant to your daily routines, ensuring support is practical and accessible.

Behaviour isn’t confined to a clinic; it’s deeply connected to its environment. In Ellenbrook, with its vibrant parks, family-friendly community spaces, and the lively atmosphere of Ellenbrook Central, understanding these local contexts is crucial. Our approach ensures that strategies are developed and implemented within the very places where challenges arise, whether it’s navigating the busy shops, enjoying a quiet moment in a local park, or engaging with community groups, fostering genuine, lasting change.

What Support Coordinators Need to Know

For our valued Support Coordinators, we want to be clear: Behaviour Bridge is committed to delivering high-quality Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) efficiently. You can expect comprehensive plans to be released within approximately three months of engagement, providing a clear roadmap for positive change.

However, we all know a plan that just sits in a drawer does nothing! Our real focus, and where the magic truly happens, is in the implementation. We partner closely with families, carers, and support workers, providing hands-on coaching and practical strategies to ensure those plans come to life and make a tangible difference in daily routines.

We’re pleased to confirm that Behaviour Bridge currently has immediate capacity for new participants in Ellenbrook. There are no lengthy waitlists here; we’re ready to engage and support your clients promptly. Please don’t hesitate to refer.

A Story From Ellenbrook

In Ellenbrook, 7-year-old Jayden found it hard to communicate his frustration when playing with his younger sister, leading to frequent squabbles. His PBS provider worked with the family to implement communication cards, allowing Jayden to express feelings without yelling. They also introduced ‘time-in’ spots where siblings could regroup together. The result? More peaceful playtimes and a warmer sibling bond, with parents reporting laughter replacing frustration during their afternoons in the backyard.

Meet Your Northern Corridor Practitioner

Alicia Mulligan - PBS Practitioner at Behaviour Bridge

Alicia Mulligan

PBS Practitioner

Hello Ellenbrook! We’re thrilled to introduce Alicia Mulligan, a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner bringing her compassionate expertise right here to our community. With a warm approach and a deep understanding of individual strengths, Alicia is ready to partner with local families, helping to foster positive change and celebrate every step forward.

Alicia Mulligan joins Behaviour Bridge as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and she is genuinely one of those practitioners you feel lucky to have on your team. Her specialty lies in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3, with a particular focus on non-verbal and minimally verbal participants, an area where experienced, confident practitioners are few and far between.

What sets Alicia apart isn’t just her clinical skill; it’s the way she shows up for the people she supports. With a deep and longstanding background in the disability industry, she brings a level of practical insight and genuine connection that is hard to teach. She understands the full picture: the family dynamics, the support worker pressures, the funding realities, and she works with all of it, not around it.
