Jessica Hosking
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner | South Western Sydney
Jessica brings a practical, participant-centred approach to Positive Behaviour Support, shaped by her experience supporting people across the NDIS, Out of Home Care and justice systems. She also brings years of support coordination experience, giving her a grounded understanding of the pressures facing participants, families and the wider team. Jessica understands that behaviour is rarely the whole story. She works alongside the people who know the participant best to understand the circumstances, needs and pressures surrounding them, then help create support that is respectful, realistic and useful in everyday life.
Jessica holds an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and certificates in Autism and Mental Health. With a particular interest in mental health, she values collaborative work that brings families, services and support teams onto the same page. Her approach keeps the focus on meaningful outcomes: clearer support strategies, stronger team understanding and the best possible day-to-day quality of life for the participant.
Jessica supports referrals across South Western Sydney, including Narellan, Camden, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Cabramatta, and surrounding suburbs. Behaviour Bridge can meet with participants in the home, school, community, workplace or another suitable setting. Referrals are reviewed for clinical fit and current availability so the right support can be arranged from the start.
